We got my wife’s wedding set resized and sherry was very very nice and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for better service and my wife is in love with it! Will definitely be back and forever recommend!
I had such a great experience with Yolanda at the Zales in Tippecanoe Mall! She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She assisted me with fixing my necklace and even provided an alternative piece while my repair was being completed. Her customer service went above and beyond — I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Yolanda if you visit this location!
Took my ring set there two weeks ago to get cleaned and turned out they needed to be sent out to be fixed. Fast forward to today and I went to pick them up and they looked great. Yolanda was very thoughtful, caring, and helpful during my visit. Taking the time to print off proof of my warranty’s so I had them as well as cleaning my other rings that I brought. Going above and beyond made my day, so thank you Yolanda! You need some new jewelry, go to Zales and ask for her!
Truthfully I was having trouble with my engagement ring. He proposed in January and by March it needed fixed. Now its July and its been fixed 3 times. After the 2nd time they told me it would be considered a faulty ring of some sort if it happened again. and sadly it did. I was told I could exchange and then another time I was told I couldn’t.
