From the first interaction when my friend asked where *** Jewelers was, they smile and gave directions. That jewelery store was not welcoming, like they thought we couldn’t afford it. We left went back to Zales, we were met with friendly smiles, joyful and happy to help. There actions and attitudes very sincere. They were as happy as my friend to pick out an engagement ring !! Plus then I saw a ring I couldn’t leave store without!!! You have change my mind about Jewelty stores and I will be coming back!!!!
Barely 8pm and they have already closed up shop on a Saturday evening. Drove an hour and half to come here for it to be closed .
We got my wife’s wedding set resized and sherry was very very nice and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for better service and my wife is in love with it! Will definitely be back and forever recommend!

I had such a great experience with Yolanda at the Zales in Tippecanoe Mall! She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She assisted me with fixing my necklace and even provided an alternative piece while my repair was being completed. Her customer service went above and beyond — I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Yolanda if you visit this location!
