Be weary about this location and specifically, its staff. I’ve been working with Terry at Zales for nine years, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s more than a sales associate. Terry is authentic, not pushy. She always goes above and beyond, knows my style, gives honest recommendations, and makes every experience feel personal and special. Terry is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and who will genuinely go the extra mile, ask for Terry. I highly recommend her, she’s simply the best!

Had a really good visit and experience today. Terri was above and beyond helpful with my jewelry inspection. Kind, patient, thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with. She even offered to clean some additional jewelry that I had with me along with purging and organizing the inspection receipts from previous visits and put them in a zales receipt sleeve. Terri, you are the epitome of providing excellent customer service! Thank you!
