We visited this Zales location to get a ring resized, and we were immediately greeted by a wonderful woman named Fara who was quick to assist us. She explained the process to us in detail and was very quick with setting up the resizing for us. I highly recommend this location. Fara was very attentive and very kind!

I’ve been coming here for a long time, often with my mom, so this experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we were not greeted. I still made an effort to be polite and respectful by greeting the salesperson and asking how he was, but his responses came across as sarcastic, snarky, and dismissive. You truly lifted my wife's heart with reassuring her that her wedding ring can be resized, especially after another sales associate at another location told her it can't be done and we should just trade it in and replace it.
