Super happy with the service and our purchase. Only concern/dislike: we sent the new ring to be resized and were told we would get an email once it came back. We ended up calling a few days early just to see if it came back by chance and it did….but we hadn’t received and email or a phone call. Why wouldn’t they call once it came in?
