Friendly service and beautiful merchandise
First time in this location as I moved here from Lubbock and the customer service that Mikey gave on a buzzing Saturday evening was by far the best customer service I've received from any jewelry store not just zales. Definitely coming back highly recommend him. Very polite knowledgeable and helpful!
My fiance found an item on the Zales website that she was excited about and so today, while I was at work at the fire station, she asked my mother to go along with her to go into the store and order it. She wanted to buy it in person so she could try it on and get a warranty. They were so excited to have a girls day, but the woman behind the counter managed to ruin the experience for them.
