My husband and I had such a great experience at the Zales store in Eastview Mall! Liz, Hillary, and Matt were so warm and attentive, taking the time to show us different options and answer all our questions. They were all incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The employees are very patient and made our purchases feel effortless from start to finish. Excellent customer service and an amazing team! Highly recommend.
