Walked in before Xmas to purchase a set of diamond ear rings. Zales is my typical goto Christmas gift spot. Store wasn't busy two employees helping 2 other customers. No acknowledgment or welcome in from either employee as I glanced at cases of jewelry. After about 10 min as I had to catch the gentleman working to ask, excuse me could I get your help when done with your current customer. You could tell right there he wasn't interested. Yasaman did an amazing job at assisting us, and she did a great job at guiding us through our purchase with all her knowledge! We saw great potential for her and hope to continue to work with her in our future purchases at Zales as she continues to shine as a bright as the diamonds she sold us!
