I went to Zales Menlo Park Mall to have my jewelry inspected. I was greeted very pleasantly by Juanita Esteves. I asked some questions about some pieces, she responded very sweet, and kind, and was very informative about the pieces. I sat here and looked at her do the inspection on every single piece of my jewelry . Taking her time, making sure that each diamond was in place. I had 8 pieces.
