Tara was so helpful in the store today!
Do not do an online pick up order you will still have to wait in line in the store in order of walk ins I ordered for pick up and went in and was told could not just get my pick up had to wait in order of when people came in even though they where shopping in store. I will cancel my order and go else where terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Was not even acknowledged when I walked in and had to continuously ask for assistance to make a simple return.
Adam was a great help and pleasure to work with finding the ring I was looking for. Although they were busy, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I'm not one to write reviews but it was a great experience and my now fiance and I couldn't be happier with her ring. Thank you for your help finding exactly what I was looking for.
