Terrible service have had nothing but issue I need to get the ring resized for my fiance they completed got rid of the engraving so have to send it back after awhile to get it re engraved then a few months went by the ring snapped at the middle of the band causing the diamonds to also come lose has to to take it back again to them to make sure the engraving was on there when we get it back took over a month for them to repair it and get it back when we got it back the engraving was so rough it feels like sand paper on the in... read more
