The staff was courteous and not pushy when I was trying to buy a necklace for myself.
This is the worst run jewelry store I have ever been in. It took an hour for me to be able to just pick up a ring that had broken and was being fixed. I waited in line for an HOUR. There were 4 staff members in the building. I was second in line. The employees just do not care at all. All you find out that they sized it incorrectly when they fixed it. Do NOT go to this store and avoid Zales jewelry all together. Expensive and then not good quality.

Do not do an online pick up order you will still have to wait in line in the store in order of walk ins I ordered for pick up and went in and was told could not just get my pick up had to wait in order of when people came in even though they where shopping in store. I will cancel my order and go else where terrible customer service
