Very disappointed with my experience at Zales. I brought my ring in for a simple resizing with an estimated completion date of September 14, 2025, and I didn’t get it back until October 14, 2025 — an entire month past the promised time. During that delay, communication was poor, I had to call multiple times for updates, and the ring was even damaged during the process and had to be replaced.
