I recently upgraded my diamond ring at Zales, San and Cinthia made the entire experience absolutely amazing! I had my heart set on 14k gold, and they went above and beyond to make it happen by placing a special order just for me. They were quick, professional, and so kind throughout the entire process. Honestly, don’t go anywhere else San and the manager Cinthia are the best! They truly care about their customers and made this special moment unforgettable. Thank you both so much!

My husband and I came in looking for rings during our engagement with no plan in mind. We thought we knew what we wanted but with the help of Johnathan we were able to find rings we absolutely loved. The service was amazing, all questions answered and we didn’t feel rushed or swayed to go one way or another. We are so happy to have come to Zales and been helped out by Jonathan. Everyone that has helped us since then has been more than helpful as well. We will continue to come back for future purchases.
Maria is amazing! She was so kind and caring throughout our process of selecting an engagement ring. I am a very indecisive person, but Maria did not make me feel rushed at all. She took her time, and in the end she helped us select the perfect ring.
