We have been customers for over 10 years, but always went to the location in south premium outlets. We went in every 6 months to keep up the warranty and have gotten the rings fixed many times under warranty. Well, the first time we dealt with Chanel (the store manager at S premium outlets), she refused to honor the warranty claiming we missed the last inspection (we didn’t). I had a perfect experience upgrading my wedding set for our 10 year anniversary. Thank you to Winnie, Ashley, and Tony for getting my husband the best deal we could dream up and showing great kindness to my children as I took my time choosing the perfect ring. Their store had a great selection of natural and lab created diamonds far more than 10 years ago when we made our first Zales purchase. Winnie was great at giving me details and options. Even with the store being very busy. Winnie answered all my questions and politely welcomed each person who entered. (Even those who were not nice to wait their turn like I had to)
I came to look at rings a week ago just to look at what kind of shapes I like. Met Jacob and he was very funny, very patient and straight to the point! Brought my bf in a week later and we ended up getting a ring!! I definitely recommend going to Jacob!!!
