A guy who I assume was the manager who was wearing a Broncos jersey (odd choice of apparel for selling jewelry but whatever) had a horrible attitude and quite frankly so did his associates. Dude acted like he was gonna die answering simple questions lol. Just gave me short answers, and then when he realized I wasn’t gonna buy anything, just ignored me and started talking to the next customers, honestly screw this guy and his terrible jewelry store. I had a great experience at Zales. The staff was super kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. They replaced my watch battery and adjusted the links for free, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, professional, and welcoming. Definitely coming back—highly recommend this location!
