I bought a 1 carat tennis bracelet from Zales online to give my mom for her Christmas gift. When it arrived I decided 1 carat wasn’t enough. I brought the bracelet to Zales at North Point Mall to exchange it. My sales representative was Joy. She welcomed me to Zales and asked if she could assist me with anything. An absolutely magnificent experience! Both Amber and Joy helped us look through different rings and necklaces to come to a decision and found a stunning choice! They also cleaned our jewelry free of charge! An absolutely wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend! We will be back!
My fiancé and I came to Zales to get ideas for wedding bands, and we had a wonderful time working with Amber! We also looked at necklaces, and Joy was lovely. Amber and Joy are both incredibly personable and sweet— truly a phenomenal group of people! We will be back!!

Full disclosure - I hate everything about jewelry. Spending lots of money for rocks and metal that serves no practical purpose is the antithesis of how my brain works. Plus, what do we say about people who get mesmerized by shiny objects? Simpletons.
