I had such a wonderful experience at Zales, and I have Nati and Cassie to thank for that! I came in to pick up my wedding band, which is a wrap for my engagement ring, and unfortunately my engagement ring band was too thick to fit inside of it. With our wedding only nine days away, I was definitely starting to panic. Nati was so sweet and understanding and really took the time to talk through my options with me.
