Zales use to be such a good store with nice employees. The employee amber is extremely rude and seems always bothered anytime anyone is in the store and she cannot be on her phone sitting down. The employees dress lazily and do their inspections even lazier. I genuinely do not know what is wrong with the store these days, but I will NOT be returning. If I could give no stars, I would. Be lucky google makes me give even one.
Amber and Aleshia went above and beyond for me today when I didn’t have to when I brought in a 14 carat white gold necklace that was all knotted up and they took 20 minutes of their own time and worked very hard to get it straightened out. They even used their microscope To finish the mission! They then boxed up my necklace that I did not purchase there. They really made my day!
