Stopped in with a friend who was shopping for a birthday gift. The two associates were dressed in what I would describe as slovenly attire, and were not very welcoming or personable. When my friend declined to add a warranty on her purchase, the associate gave her a "look" that both of us noticed. Honestly, if I'd been the one shopping, I'd have taken my business elsewhere. Zales used to have much higher standards and present a much more polished and professional image.
Emma was fantastic and showed me and my to be fiancée a wide selection and helped us understand what we wanted. Was very kind to us, would recommend her to anyone.
Emma was very creative finding unique combinations of rings that helped me figure out exactly what I wanted! She was patient with us and was very pleasant to work with!
