Felisha and amber have been amazing! They helped me get my wedding ring fixed in just 1 week, and it looks amazing!
The sweetest of ladies work here!! Every single one of them were angels!! Everytime I go in there they go above and beyond and are super sweet and make sure I am equipped with all the knowledge I need! I bought a ring from another jewelry and they were very honest and helped me and I ended up buying a ring from there I love with the best warranty!! A billion out of ten!! Would always recommend! We got both our wedding bands here and are extremely excited and in love with them!
I’m writing another review because it is absolutely deserved. Felicia, Casey, and Amber are truly exceptional. Every time I’m at the mall, they recognize me instantly—I don’t even have to step inside before being greeted with a warm hello, which speaks volumes about their level of customer care. I stopped in today to get a repair done on my ring. I walked in and immediately got greeted by a smiling face. She did everything she could to make my experience the best possible! There happened to be a mix up on my paper work. The warranty i thought I purchased for my ring got placed on a different item I purchased at the same time. With a little sleuthing on my record she was able to find everything we needed to go fourth with being able to get my ring fixed.
