I lost a diamond on my engagement ring and came to the Zales in Serramonte Mall. Even though there were issues with the warranty, Rosaline was so helpful and accommodating! She was able to get my ring repaired. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Coming back here again for all my jewelry.

I had such a wonderful experience at Zales thanks to Rosaline. She truly went above and beyond for me and my family. When my cross necklace broke (thanks to my energetic son), Rosaline was kind, patient, and so helpful in getting it repaired.
