To the Zales team, Patrick needs a raise asap !!! No but seriously Patrick is one of the best workers here always gets me what I want. Review of Zales Jewelry Store I had a terrible experience at this Zales location. I paid $60 for them to repair my necklace, only for it to break again shortly after. The quality of the repair was clearly poor. Looking back, I should’ve known something was off. The first day I dropped it off, the salesman with dirty blonde hair was unnecessarily rude.
