I will never visit this store again for any reason. The staff damaged an irreplaceable item while servicing it in a way that could not be repaired. They hoped I wouldn't notice and did not tell me what happened. I can handle an honest mistake Zales customer service made it right but I will not trust this store with ANYTHING in the future.
