Zales is the only jewelry store I’ll ever go it. Their customer service is amazing. The employees are very personable especially Shaika. She was wonderful will only buy from here
Jacob was very knowledgeable as well as helpful in educating me on lab grown diamonds. Nice guy needs to be the manager and not just assistant manager.
We had such a wonderful experience at Zales! Annaliese went above and beyond to help us, she was warm, kind, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the pricing was noticeably better than other stores nearby. My husband was even able to walk out with a brand new wedding band the same day, which was a huge plus! After scrolling through all the recent negative reviews, I'm not shocked now at the horrible customer service we received in February. And it seems like they have a real issue with their inspection process, which surprise, surprise was also my issue. A manager was supposed to contact us from the store, but shocker that never happened.
