It was great until this month 2/15/2026. My diamond fell out of my ring and I took it in for repair and found out that when I was there for inspection in September 2025 it was not recorded. I did not get a receipt for it because I didn't think anything of it. I have never had a problem. I took the ring in to be fixed and was told the last recording of inspection was May 2025. There is nothing more frustrating than driving over an hour to pick up an order, only to arrive and find the store closed early. We were called earlier in the day and told our jewelry was ready for pickup, and were informed over the phone that the store closed at 8:00 PM. We live near Casa Grande, so we made the drive and arrived at 7:37 PM—only to find the store completely closed. I walked in to Zales today to have my necklace and a pair of earrings clean and inspected. I told the sales lady it had been a couple of years since my husband and kids bought me these items and I had my receipt. She was very rude saying how I need to come in every 6 months. Saying how she could look at them but if they need to be fixed I would have to pay for it. I was taken back at her abrupt statement. I’m not stupid.
