If I could give them a zero I would. My fiance purchased a ring but it was not the one we wanted. We went in and spoke to a sales girl and she said because the ring we actually wanted wasn't in store, we would have to pay full price online, then bring the first ring in and the new ring and then we could get a credit. We asked if she could just credit the ring we have and order the one online thru her. She said no, and the manager who wouldn't even stand up, said there was nothing they could do.
