amazinngggg!!!!! I loved my experience with the employees when making my purchases… they were so easy to talk to!! I noticed a full 2 hours away, that the earrings needed a new hinge… but, Lili was so kind to consider and accommodate my time, and insisted I would be able to receive a replacement at my own (reasonable) convenience! I’m so in love with the customer service here… Big thank you!
Horrific experience. Ordered a piece of jewelry December 3rd, was promised to be delivered by December 30th, and ship by the 23rd, never happened, they can’t give a status update, they can’t tell me even if it’s done. They won’t honor refund until they find the piece of jewelry but they’ve been trying to find it for two weeks and can’t even tell me if it’s completed.
