Zales at Centerra is always a wonderful place to go to. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. Codie was very helpful and very patient during the process of making a piece of custom jewelry. His knowledge and expertise on jewelry was a great help from the beginning of the process to the very end. From the beginning, he was very aware of our budget and helped us get everything we wanted.

The worst Zales in the district to shop at. The salespeople are just doing their best, they don’t deserve this corporate laziness. The store smells and looks old, the roof is leaking in the winter, the ac is busted in the summer. I can’t stand being in there for more than 20 minutes, I don’t know how the staff does it. I’m considering going to Helzberg cause they look to have their stuff together, and seem to be from this generation rather than being stuck in the 80s. Get it together.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a wedding ring from them and bought the warranty. I cracked my stone and took it in to get a replacement and they told me the stone isn’t covered. Then they said it would cost me $75 to replace the stone. I said yes. They sent it out. A month and a half later they said that they just got the estimate and now that it was approved they could do the work but had to order the stone. I sent it out to get the stone.
