The person helping me was very good and polite
Honestly, this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a place like this. I only came in to return an item, but instead of being helped, I ended up standing there for about an hour while the lady at the counter was busy showing things to other people. On top of that, her attitude the whole time was just unpleasant, almost like she didn’t want to be bothered with a return at all. It’s really a shame, because handling returns is part of the job too.
Quintez and Carlie were great. The best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Ask for them!
