I went to beachwood place to pick up my so called diamond earrings and they failed to provide me with certified diamonds paper. i went in the store twice asking and she said call customer and customer service pointing fingers at each other. Real talk don’t mess with Zales Instead Kay’s is better 😝
What a beautiful store! We were helped immediately by Carlee (sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong!), who worked with us in great detail to find the exact right gift. We never felt pushed or rushed, and she helped us find an incredible deal. So grateful for the experience, and can’t wait to come back to shop for more gifts!
