Great service very professional
My father was at this location today, picking up his and my mother's jewelry for repair. The male salesperson double charged him. When we called back to get the refund, the male sales rep was very rude and stated that someone would need to come back to the location in order to get a refund, which is an inconvenience due to work schedules. When we asked to speak to someone else, he stated very disrespectfully that we could contact the corporate office and then he hung up on me.
