I walked in to get my $700 watch band repaired and 2 sales agents ignored me then a supervisor came over and told me they don't fix any jewelry there, then flatout insulted me like i was an idiot
Had a bunch of issues with our wedding rings but Eric the regional Mgr is a great guy and exceeded our expectations on making things right and the wife happy. Thumbs up to them for having great customer service.
I wish there was some way to give negative stars. This Marks and Morgan is the worst jewelry store I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. The original sales woman forced me to buy a $74.99 warranty on my husbands wedding band by saying it was not an option, then lied to me about being able to engrave my fingerprint on the band. This location is the absolute worst location to visit!
I ordered a ring from this store febuary 7th. I paid for it in full. The guy who placed my order just took my info and money but didnt really tell us anything, so we went back a week later to ask about how long it would take because we dont live in town..i was told it would be there about march 1st. March 1st came and I hadnt heard from them so i called to ask..this next lady checked to see if it was there when it was not she told me she would send an email and call me back the next day..i never received that call...so a few... read more

Awful customer service!!!! Yesterday, I took two of my watches to the Zales store for a battery change. In one of them (It is a Casio, a digital watch) the battery was low and the numbers were fading but it was Still working! It took them about 15 minutes and when they came back with my watches, this watch was not working at all! and they said they did not know how to open the other one (a Swatch).
