I went to zales looking for an engagement ring, right away was greeted by Daniel he was very polite, knowledgeable and overall the best help. I didn’t have hope in jewelry stores from the passed experiences but Daniel really changed my whole perspective giving me the best experience I’ve ever had in any store ended up with a gorgeous ring
Came in to Zales for a ring cleaning and came out with a band for my fiance with the help of Nakita! She was great and a joy to work with! Thank you for all your help and guidance with getting the perfect rings!

Went to many places to look for some Rings and Chains and every place we went to the customer service was horrible it seemed like they didn’t even want us in there but i came here and they had a great deal price wise and had amazing customer service helped us find what we were looking for and were super nice and funny thank you Chris, Mia, Daniel
