Every time we go the Zales in Pleasanton we are immediately greeted and welcomed with smiles. Sterling has been nothing but nice to me, taking care of all my family. Zales in Pleasanton is the place to go if you are looking for fine jewelry.
Came in with a bracelet outside of their store asking for an adjustment, and they were able to handle it no problem on the spot.
Was very friendly and helpful. Striling helped me out and he was very thoughtful and knew a lot. They also play nice music.
