Conner was so helpful! Going above & beyond by ordering a ring from another store. (We saw it weeks ago) My husband wanted that specific ring as a gift for my birthday. Conner got it in, just in time for us to take advantage of the "sale" that ends this Sunday. Connor sent the ring in to be sized so that it will be back in time for my birthday! Yay, Zales! I am amazed at the new management at Quail Springs Zales. I have been doing business with this store for years and never had the experience that I have had recently. Connor and Sherry are amazing, friendly, personal. They are like friends. They do not complain, they do not talk about their personal business. They remember you and are so glad to help you. Sherry is amazing! We were picking up our repaired necklace after that she helped us find a replacement wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary she was so sweet and even gave me a hug while I cried happy tears thank you for helping us
