Zales customer service was absolutely wonderful. I had to make an exchange and Lindsey and Lana were so helpful. My jewelry was cleaned for me and the exchange was flawless! Thank you for your help
I went to the store looking for liquid jewelry cleaner and a polishing cloth…I had the most wonderful conversation with Lana…while she cleaned my jewelry!!!🩵 My necklace, bracelets and rings look like brand new!!! And I’ve had some of these pieces for more than 35 years!!! Thank you Lana for being so kind and helpful!!🩵 When I want some new gold, I’ll be looking to shop at this Zales store in the Gardens Mall!
