This place is a joke. About 5 years ago I went in and started to layaway. They went from one local mall to another then when covid hit, they shut the store down completely. Never got a phone call and email text message. Nothing even in the mail letting me know all this time later I finally found the closest one was in Peru, Illinois which is like an hour and a half from where I live. The manager lady Laura was fantastic. I previously bought a Disney ring for $500 and 13 days later it was tarnished looking and like almost peeling. Didn’t look near like the ring did when I bought it. So she made it right helped me pick out something different that I liked and was just very personable and kind about the whole situation. Great customer service!!:) thank u again

I lost an earring back to my diamond earring, I went into the Zales at Peru Mall and was helped right away. They even gave me a couple of spares. Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you!!!
