My niece took her ring in to have resized and received wrong ring in return. Nobody answers the phones
Because of a store closure, they sent the ring that I purchased for my wife back from the resize department. They have no idea when it will be in. They did not care whatsoever. Go read the reviews on Google. Stay far away from this place
The lady at the counter didn’t seem to care if I got my ring cleaned for the warranty or not. I went in told them I needed to get it cleaned she brought it back and said I was done. I was like don’t I need to put it through for the warranty. Then she asked for the paperwork. Last time I was there in October 2019 I was told I didn’t need the paperwork because it was in the system now. I bought my ring at an Indiana location so she couldn’t find my diamond bond number to put the warranty through. They told me call back with th... read more
