Train their staff better. Because of information given to me by one of their sales associates years ago, I am now left choosing between having a worthless ring or paying almost the price I originally paid for the whole set to have it fixed. If you can buy somewhere, anywhere, else please do. If not then please please please get your jewelry inspected every 6 months and make them document it because they don't always do that and then you are out in the end.
