We’ve bought an engagement ring and my mother in laws Valentine/Birthday gift from this store. Both were fantastic. We got the ring around Christmas so we waited until the new year to get my ring resized, and it came in before we expected it. We plan on coming back for a necklace for my maid of honor!!!
Never will I ever give business to Zales again! Sasha and Alicia seem like nice people, but clearly need to be re-trained on policy and procedures. Sasha screwed me over with my wedding ring last year. and Alicia screwed me over with my anniversary gift this month, both due to lack of knowledge on their items policies and procedures. I left that store today frustrated, out of too much money, and damn near in tears! Wish I had listened when others told me not to shop there �...I hate this store!
Horrible customer service line when you call it hangs up. Gift days will deliver 2 days before Christmas now says 7 to 10 days. Now I called another number and they transfer me 60 min wait time! Horrible
Poor customer service didn't offer protection plan when ring was bought. Was told we could size it just bring it back, than they wanted to charge a huge amount. Than ring not in when it was supposed to be in. Still waiting on the ring.....
Very very poor customer service. Have had my wedding ring sent in for repair over a month ago and can't even tell me when I can expect to receive it back.
