My husband and I received great customer service at Zales (Gretna, LA) in resolving an unfortunate mix-up with my wedding set that was sent off for repair. The manager, though it was of no fault of hers, accepted full responsibility and went out of her way to ensure we were happy with an alternative set. I appreciate her professionalism and she appreciated how we handled our stress and disappointment. There are many retailers that sell quality jewelry.
