I ordered Christmas presents on November 21st and on December 23rd they are still not here. I have called 1-800 about 4 times. I am currently on hold and the young lady was very rude. One necklace needs to get to Hoover, AL. I would have been able to send it but it hasn’t arrived in Memphis. When I asked if the store could ship it to the Zales on Hoover she laughed and she they wouldn’t. I have been inconvenienced and they are not willing to do anything to accommodate me.
