I a long time repeat customer. I find the staff to be kind, friendly and professional. They have a lifetime guarantee on their jewelry, as long as you have it checked every 6months. Which I do and have found a loose diamond on my earrings. They repaired at no charge. My 3/4 q diamond ring had a stone fall out. They replaced the stone at n/c. Very upset with the customer service at this store. Some couple walked in after me looking at rings and the manager helped them before helping me and left me there waiting. This was the fourth time picking up my ring since October & it looks terrible .. the diamond is a different color than the rest & you can see where the band was broken twice .. I'm so upset & just want someone to care about my ring looking nice.
Danny helped my husband and I yesterday and he could not have been nicer or more helpful! He listened to what I wanted and helped me find a beautiful diamond band to add to my wedding ring!
