This store has amazing customer service! Victoria is who we usually deal with and she is super knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and works hard to give us the best price possible. I feel catered to and welcomed by all the staff! I just created a $3500 heirloom ring which Victoria helped me with every step of the way. The finished product was more than I could ever hope for! We won’t go to any other jewelry store!
I went in to the store looking for something special for my mother. Nothing too flashy, but simple and effective. Jimmy was the employee to help me on my search, and I was not disappointed. Surprised me that he didn't use his good looks to try and chRm me into buying something out of my price range. He was polite, knowledgable and kind. Although I wasn't able to find exactly what I needed, I was satisfied. Will definitely be going back for my next jewelry expense.
Huge shout out to Lexi at the Valley Mall! I live way out of town and Lexi went out of her way to make sure I got the best customer service possible. She ensured I got my ring shipped to me, although I had a couple bumps in the road. Thank you so much for being so kind, attentive, and caring, Lexi. I appreciate you, and I am so thankful for you! One star might be too many, between them and Citibank who does their financing...they do not work with you whatsoever to correct any billing issues that were mistakes made by their own employees. I would recommend doing business anywhere but zales or financing anywhere but Citibank!!
