Poor service!!! After 2 weeks of no phone call when my ring was supposed to be ready I called them and they confirmed it had been ready yet they never called!!! So I go to pick it up and was assisted by a lady with a unpleasant attitude not very welcoming came off actually as rude annoyed that I was needed to pick up my purchase!!! Lady took my info and told me my ring was NOT ready after I literally confirmed the previous day and they said it was. Poor communication and bad service.
