Yesterday my fiancé and I went into this Zales location to look at men’s wedding rings and saw 5 rings he wanted to look at and try on with an intention to purchase one. We waited and the employees didn’t acknowledge us for the longest time. Eventually an employee walked past us and greeted us and that was it. She didn’t ask us if we needed help or anything.
