DO NOT trust these people. We have had nothing but problems here. I left my two rings with them to be maintenanced, and when I came to pick them up they only gave me one ring. My engagement ring was missing. They said they had no record of any other ring being given to them. Eventually they figured out that they put it under a different customer's name. If that customer returned before me, they would have been given my ring. Should have known not to give them the rings for cleaning, from the the previous visits of terrible i... read more
