Horrible customer service!
Well I went and picked up my Sapphire ring today I sent it in to get sized and the Center Stone tightened well it came back size but the Center Stone is still loose definitely not very happy at this point considering my boyfriend bought it for me for my birthday back on around October 17th I should not have to send it in for a second time to have the Center Stone tightened up this should have been done the first time I had brought it in. Same experience as most it sounds. DO NOT GO HERE! After my 3rd ring from here having the diamond fall out , the manager gave me a ton of attitude and accused me of lying about my paper work. She told me she couldn't help so I went to the Zales at Centerpoint and they are amazing ! Switched the ring no problem and apologized that I had to go through this for the 3rd time in less than a year. If you want great customer service do not go here !!
Buying the ring was a great experience. But when my fiance goes in to have her ring checked for insurance and gets a bunch of attitude over not having paper work with her. There is no need to even be short with someone especially after the money i have spent at your store. I find it very irritating to hear my fiance had a bad experience. Dont know if i will be spending any money at your store here on out. Its just not exceptable
