The lady at the Tucson mall store never knew what she was doing. She was so ditzy. I updated my address with her 3 times and apparently she still didn't get it right because I have been waiting for a rebate check for 2 months. I called customer service and she said they had a Tucson address listed for me. Its been 4 yes since I lived in Tucson and not at the address they had for me.
