He is very Professional. He is usually on Time. COVID safe Office . Does not overcharge like most Dental Specialists.
Doctor Zale is a rare breed, the amount of time he took w me each visit was amazing, every part of procedure was explained in detail, with videos to back up Dr. Zale's plan of care , then at the end of visit he asked me to tell him what the procedure entails to see if I knew exactly what his treatment plan would be. This is a small practice. I am the only staff he has. I try my best to return calls as soon as possible, however, my scheduled patients have first priority. That is what voice mail is for. If your message was urgent or you are an established patient, they are my first priority. Otherwise, we get to your call when we are able to return it.
If you like dealing with the federal government this is the office for you .The receptionist is not accommodating at all and is to busy to return phone calls.
Every part of the procedures were explained in great detail and all questions were answered. Dr. Zale is very thorough and professional. His office assistant, Susan, is also very pleasant and knowledgeable, helping to make the overall experience less stressful.
I highly recommend Dr. Zale because of the depth of knowledge and skill. I was very reassured by everything he said that I was in capable hands. He very patiently answered all my questions and listened attentively to all my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Z.
I was never told about a gum reduction procedure he was performing and did not know until after he cut away a good part of my lower gum. I felt like I was a guinea pig. NEVER AGAIN!
