I was a tenant of Zale's for close to two years, and it's honestly shocking the way some of the employees spoke and communicated with us. Incredibly unhelpful, unresponsive, and unpersonable. Many parts of our apartment have sat broken for months, left without the help we needed. Imagine getting an email from your property manager with important information formatted in one giant block of text with no paragraphs, hardly any punctuation, and misspelled words. My experience with them has been laughable. Go elsewhere.
