Required a notary for license from the state. I called the bank, I went to the county clerk. I drove 3 hours to places that gave no promises just for a notary. I called 8 different businesses and either received no response or declination to state notaries. I called Zak's, and receiving no response, I was called back not even 10 minutes later. Not present in the office, not on time if you make an appointment, had to wait for 30 minutes in the hallway, then charged $55 for a notary. Don't waste your time or money, go to any UPS store for a notary. It's only $15
