Excellent service à la clientèle, bon prix et beau choix de produits!
They have a ridiculous price policy, I ordered boxes at $75 a month ago but now its price is $94 for no reason, this is not the 1st time they play with a price like this, when the item is getting popular, its price will go skyrocketing.
Zakka Canada is fantastic! I’ve ordered satin bags from them several times and the quality is consistently amazing. The material feels luxurious and the craftsmanship is excellent. Their customer service is also top-notch; they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Shipping has always been fast, and their prices are very fair for the quality you get. Highly recommend Zakka Canada for anyone looking for great products and great service!
EDIT in response: Sorry, but offering to replace the boxes and not actually putting them in the mail is just a waste of everyone's time. Again, the customer service needs work. Jewellers be aware that their foam insert boxes will cause your customer's silver to tarnish very quickly - this is an issue they are aware of and are unwilling to solve. The customer service is just not there. Save yourself the headache and buy your packaging elsewhere.
I just went by to purchase some boxes and the white European lady was very mean with quick one word responses, like she wanted us out of the store, when asked if the price was different for buying bulk (which is quite normal in this field) she gave me VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING response about how I should learn to calculate the price on tag by multiplying the amount I wanted, I felt very unwanted and was left unattended in the showroom with no help even though I just wanted to step in and out to buy 10-20 boxes for my busin... read more
