Dr. Zaki Siddiqui himself is a wonderful doctor but his receptionists are extremely incompetent and rude. They never pick up the phone on time..make us wait for more than 30 minutes one time when we had to get an appointment. My son's medicaid was approved by the state but they sent us back thrice saying they do not see his medicaid number in the system. We asked them to call the dhs to confirm but they said they do not do that. So what should we patients do? Stay stuck between the DHS and clinic?
