Annette Samora from Zakhem is an amazing agent. The whole process is great, from easy lease payments online, account management. Annette goes above and beyond though, first she showed me the home on a Sunday, then also did the walk through and gave the keys on another Sunday! You won't find many agents like that! She's awesome!!

Where to begin. If you have the unfortunate fate of dealing with Serena- I'm sorry. Especially if you occupy a house with roommates. She is lazy and refuses to do her job unless threatened with legal consequences. Instead of following the legally binding contract, she will ask the renters to deal with all security deposits within the household and refuse to give back security deposits in a timely manner.
