STAY away from this dentist!! After 10+ years of dental insurance coverage with Zakhari, Zakhari decided to drop my 2022 insurance without any notification. Then billed for full cost after the fact. A clear violation of the federal regulation "No Surprises Act") of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
