Do not send your elders here because this dr doesn't care about his patients. He is a terrible listener and impatient.
My appointment on January 9th was scheduled for 11:20 AM. I was not called back until 1:35 PM. Even then, Dr. Mahmood, who was present that day, never even came in to examine my thumb. The staff removed the pins and discharged me with zero instructions or follow-up guidance. Because of this negligence, I had to see my primary care physician, who immediately identified a serious infection at the wound site. I have been seen by Dr Mahmood for several years and have had four different surgical procedures. He has always been very supportive and clear in keeping me informed of every aspect of the procedures and follow-up care. He has a very friendly approach to his patients, putting them at ease and comfortable with their treatment options. I am sorry he’s leaving this area and I wish him well in his new practice.
