I picked this health care provider based on excellent reviews and I severely regret it. I cannot get an appointment in any reasonable amount of time. I injured my back and they say it's a month before I can get an appointment. I called for my test results that were supposed to come back in a couple days and they tell me she is on vacation and won't be able to reach me for weeks. My family has been going to Dr.Al-Obosi for several years. She consistently forgets who we are. Both my parents needed care from specialist and it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to get care. She also is late to appointments and sometimes doesn’t even show up. She lectured me on why I should not be upset about things that have happened in my life during a specific time because others have had it a lot worse and have lost family members during the pandemic. New nurse Randy, amazing human I am so happy to see that you have found a perfect fit for the job he is so welcoming, friendly, kind, caring and most of all he gives a explanation for everything. My 15 year old boy had to do a very awkward test we had to ask him for help we had no idea what was happening he explained everything to us like common people not medical experts he laughed with us not at us he truly is a great person we look forward to seeing him again
