Well please of the job that Emad got done Emad was able to restore our Heat and addition to that he discovered some other issues where he solve the problem. Highly recommend his job expertise, very knowledgeable and communicate alot, he went up on Beyond to solve our problems.
Emad is by far the best Service tech I’ve ever encountered in my life. Very knowledgeable about his craft and takes time to explain everything he does and advises you how to prolong your system to make it run very efficiently. Great human being, he was very compassionate about our situation. Very punctual and determined to get the job done fast, properly and safe. I would defintely recommend him and I will continue to hire him for any project that I need him apart of.
Honest, quick, reasonable, quality & better customer service. I would like to share my experience with Zaina. My AC stopped working and I made call to Zaina and Emad the owner showed up within 10 minutes. Emad determined that whole AC needs to replace as compressor was blown and AC was 20 years old anyway. Emad has done such a Tremendous Job with Fixing Out Central Air System. These units are about 30 years old and were close to ceasing. Emad ensured us that he can get the best use out of these units regardless of the age. He cleaned, restored , replaced and even spent his personal time making sure we had a well temperature conditioned house.
