Very bad experience with this doctor and her staff. She overcharged and charged me and my children for work that was not done. I have been trying to get my money back and she refused to refund my card. My insurance company has no record of claim dates that she charged on my flexible spending card. They did admitted that they made a error and would refund the money but now they are avoiding paying me.
