It genuinely bums me out to see so many negative reviews for a longtime local Austin business, especially one that has had to downsize from a restaurant to a food truck. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. This is some of the best South Indian food I've found in Austin. I visited Zaika Indian Cuisine recently and had the Biriyani. The flavor profile had potential, but the execution was off because the dish was far too salty. The value is also a concern now. They have moved from a traditional restaurant setting into a small outdoor stall, yet the prices do not reflect this change in service environment.
