First of all the pic of restaurant was deceiving. It was not even a restaurant, but a food truck. I ordered Chicken Biryani, but looks like it was delivered to this place via door dash. The biryani was cold and tasteless.

It genuinely bums me out to see so many negative reviews for a longtime local Austin business, especially one that has had to downsize from a restaurant to a food truck. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. This is some of the best South Indian food I've found in Austin. I've eaten South Indian food around the world and even at South Indian Michelin restaurants, and I'm pretty picky. Every time I visited their old restaurant, I was the only non-Indian customer. I visited Zaika Indian Cuisine recently and had the Biriyani. The flavor profile had potential, but the execution was off because the dish was far too salty. The value is also a concern now. They have moved from a traditional restaurant setting into a small outdoor stall, yet the prices do not reflect this change in service environment.
